Edible Lactation Products:
The Lactation Station Ltd consistently strives to maintain the highest of standards with the products and the services we provide. However, in such cases that the customer feels our products are not up to standard, The Lactation Station Ltd is happy to replace or refund the items in question. Customers must provide evidence of the product, packaging and location of purchase.

As we can not guarantee nor stipulate that our products will 100% increase your milk supply, no refunds or replacements will be given to those who are dissatisfied with the results of increased or lack thereof milk production.

Boobie Bras:
The Lactation Station understands that purchasing clothes online can be tricky.
Every womens body is different, therefore there will always been some fluctuations in sizing to our chart.
The Lactation Station happily provides a FREE 14-day exchange/return policy in NZ for Boobie Bras that are purchased directly through our website.

  • Boobie Bra returns are to be exchanged for another size or store credit provided to be used for any products on The Lactation Station website.
  • Items to be returned MUST be in original condition. Removal of tags, items that have been stained or washed are no longer in new condition, therefore your return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or store credit will be applied once we receive the item and ensure it is still in new condition.
  • Returns will need to be received by us and once processed a replacement, store credit or refund will be processed.
  • Store credits will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. 
  • If you purchase a Boobie Bra during a sale or using a code, the amount credited will be excluding shipping cost. 
  • If you are returning an item for any reason (other than a fault or error to the bra) and the full order is then under the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be credited to you.
  • If you are returning the Boobie Bra for a fault or error then we will happily refund the cost of your shipping. Otherwise, the cost of shipping will be not be credited or refunded.
  • Please ensure you include your order slip within your return for a smoother and faster exchange.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier for returns as it can ensure that your parcel does not go missing. The Lactation Station is not liable for any missing returns. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
