However, in such cases that the customer feels our products are not up to standard, The Lactation Station Limited is happy to replace or exchange the items in question. Customers must provide evidence of the product, packaging, and location of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
As we can not guarantee nor stipulate that our products will 100% increase your milk supply, no refunds or replacements will be given to those who are dissatisfied with the results of increased or lack thereof milk production.
By purchasing products via The Lactation Station online store the buyer understands that damages to the packages or lost parcels during the shipping process are not at the fault of "The Lactation Station" and can not be held accountable. No refunds or replacing of items will be given without permission from authorised personal.
