Our Lactation Cookie Premix is simple, tasty, and will fill your home with that dreamy, fresh-baked cookie smell. Plus, it’s a great option for those looking for a dairy-free or vegan-friendly alternative - just swap out the butter and egg as needed!
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, Oats, Sugar, Brown sugar, Linseeds, Brewer’s yeast, Raising agent (500).

Best Before: 01/07/2026
Store sealed, out of direct sunlight, at room temperature. Once dough is formed, you can portion and freeze for future baking.
You’ll need:

110g softened butter (or coconut oil)

1 egg (or egg replacement)

Your favourite flavour add-ins (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 170°C (fan bake).

Tip full premix into a mixing bowl.

Add butter or coconut oil, egg or egg replacement, and any flavour add-ins.

Mix well until a dough forms.

Roll into cookies and place on lined oven trays.

Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden.
✨ TIP: For that soft, moist texture our mums love, remove the cookies from the oven while they’re still slightly soft in the middle.
