So good! I used these with my first baby, and I’m not gonna lie - I didn’t really see much, if any, increase in my supply. But I decided to try these again with my second baby, and made sure I was doing what I needed to do to help my supply (eat more/better & drink more water) and my supply has been so much better! I’m not having to top up with formula like I did for my first baby. These three bottle came from just one 4am pump! Amazing!
I love the white choc, coconut and cranberry and recently tried salted caramel. I like it but not more than my other two, I could eat the white choc one in a day, so I just wanna say thank you for having lactation cookies that taste good and help me lactate, our whole family loves it
